Our Alternative Grad Scheme 2011/12
We've always believed in trying to find and attract the very best new talent to the advertising industry, irrespective of educational background. This vision shaped and inspired our 2011 Ad Scheme, which opened it's virtual doors to grads and non-grads alike. An ever-changing panel conducted over 350 interviews in 16 hours using a Skype interview mechanic, with a virtual roulette wheel letting pot luck decide which BMBer spoke to which interviewee.
With two new superstar BMBers now amongst the ranks, plans are underway to make the 2012/13 Ad Scheme more uplifting, more exciting and more accessible than ever before. Please keep an eye on us from late July onwards for further updates.
